Job summary

MSIG USA is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for diverse functions, acting as a strategic advisor to hiring managers. You will develop and execute sourcing strategies, use direct sourcing, social networks, and recruiting technology to attract high-quality talent, and ensure compliant practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience including leadership-level talent.
• Experience with direct sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting data to drive decisions.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, specialty, and leadership roles.
• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements, strategy, timelines and responsibilities.
• Develop and execute direct sourcing and talent-mapping strategies.
• Identify, screen, interview, and assess candidates using consistent criteria.
• Present qualified candidates with clear, objective recommendations and market context.
• Guide hiring managers through interview planning, evaluation, feedback, and closing.
• Maintain candidate communications and deliver a professional, inclusive experience.
• Partner with HR on offers and negotiations within approved parameters.
• Build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles and promote internal mobility where possible.
