You will pre-screen candidates, coordinate with teams to develop sourcing strategies, and ensure Taleo ATS data accuracy and reporting. Compliance with employment laws and collaboration with hiring managers are key elements of the role.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5+ years recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment; 7+ years preferred.
• Strong business presence and ability to deliver results.
• Proactive recruiting and sourcing experience required.
• Healthcare/Pharmaceutical recruitment experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with Taleo ATS.

Aufgaben

• Attract top talent and develop a strong candidate pool for current and future openings.
• Pre-screen candidates and manage requisitions.
• Partner with team members to develop sourcing strategies and provide talent for open positions.
• Proactively identify, source and manage talent pools aligned to business priorities.
• Manage open job requisitions, update Taleo ATS and report recruiting metrics.
• Prepare and communicate offer packages with market competitiveness data.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and applicant tracking policies and reporting.
• Establish business partnerships with hiring managers on staffing activities.
