Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of recruiting experience, with full-cycle searches in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to recruit across functions, profiles, and levels.
• Strong sourcing in passive talent and relationship-building with managers.
• Proficient in using data, metrics, and market insights to adjust approach.
• Tech-forward, curious about AI to improve sourcing and workflows.
