Job summary

Corient is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate in New York City to manage full-cycle searches across diverse functions and levels. The role partners with hiring managers, builds strong candidate pipelines, and delivers an exceptional experience for both candidates and teams.

You will leverage data, market insights, and AI-enabled sourcing strategies to improve efficiency, while collaborating with a fast-growing Talent Acquisition function focused on UHNW/HNW clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 4+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting across functions and levels.
• Strong sourcer who engages passive talent.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle searches across functions and levels from intake to offer and close.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, calibrate candidate profiles, and develop search strategies.
• Source and engage high-quality talent through direct sourcing, referrals, networking, market research, and other approaches.
• Build pipelines for recurring and priority hiring needs and anticipate demand.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate and hiring manager experience with proactive communication and partnership.
• Use recruiting data and pipeline metrics to monitor progress and inform decisions.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and contribute ideas to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.
