The role requires 1–2 years of recruiting experience, a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, excellent communication, organization, and strong sourcing skills with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant recruitment experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Admin or related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed or similar sourcing tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential candidates across LinkedIn, Indeed, social platforms and networks.
• Craft and send cold emails and messages to passive candidates to spark interest in H Mart roles.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline for corporate positions.
• Schedule interviews, meetings and assessments between candidates and hiring teams.
• Manage candidate data in the ATS and keep records updated.
