Job summary

LHH is seeking a Corporate Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist in New Jersey to join a global distribution company. You will manage full-cycle recruitment, partner with hiring managers, source and interview candidates, and maintain candidate pipelines across functions.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience, knowledge of ATS, excellent communication, and strong organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of corporate recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Proven success managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple positions simultaneously.
• Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate sourcing tools.
• Strong interviewing, assessment, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize competing demands in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Competitive base salary of $75,000 - $85,000

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop recruitment strategies, and provide guidance throughout the selection process.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of recruiting channels, including job boards, employee referrals, networking, and social media.
• Maintain and manage candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Extend offers, negotiate compensation within established guidelines, and support onboarding activities.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining timely communication throughout the hiring process.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates on hiring activity and recruiting progress.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
