Job summary

Atmos Energy Corporation seeks a Talent Acquisition professional to support recruitment strategy, build partnerships with educational institutions, and develop employment collateral to strengthen the employer brand. You will analyze staffing metrics and assist with policy interpretation across all levels of the organization.

The role involves delivering HR communications and training to managers, ensuring compliance with regulations, and staying current on industry trends to optimize the hiring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field with 2 years of talent acquisition experience, or GED with 4 years of talent acquisition experience.
• Ability to communicate with internal and/or external customers to explain complex concepts.
• Ability to analyze ratios, percentages and simple statistical methods.
• Advanced knowledge of various software applications to create complex documents, reports and/or graphics.
• Works in an office environment; may involve bending, stooping, reaching and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Participates in developing and implementing recruiting and staffing strategies; collaborates with management to improve hiring processes.
• Networks with educational institutions, placement firms, and other sources to attract high-potential applicants.
• Assists in developing recruiting collateral to build employer brand recognition.
• Implements enhancements to staffing systems and work processes; helps create employment-related metrics and reports.
• Provides guidance on employment policies and procedures across the organization.
• Delivers employment-related communications, presentations and training to supervisors and staff.
• Supports regulatory reporting to maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Keeps management informed of changes in HR regulations and industry trends.
