Qualifications

• Five or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting across multiple job families or markets.
• Strong sourcing capability, including passive candidates.
• Adaptability to shifting hiring priorities and markets.
• Strong partnership with hiring managers and market guidance.
• Ability to manage multiple searches with urgency and follow-through.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth or scaling environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across professional, technical, and operational roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and search strategies.
• Build sourcing strategies and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and networks.
• Develop understanding of unfamiliar roles and market dynamics to assess candidates.
• Provide market insight, candidate feedback, and recommendations to managers.
• Maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
• Deliver a responsive candidate experience while handling multiple searches.
