Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field OR equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience as a full life-cycle recruiter.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Source active and passive candidates via job boards, networking, social media, events and colleges to build a pool for frequent roles.
• Screen resumes, interview candidates (phone/virtual/in-person) and present top choices to hiring managers.
• Coordinate offers and negotiate competitive terms to close hires.
• Ensure job descriptions and posting templates are compliant with regulations.
• Maintain ATS data for accurate reporting and metrics.
• Manage internal application process and coordinate interviews with managers.
• Coordinate pre-screening checks and relocation as needed.
• Provide recruiting guidance to team members and hiring managers.
• Deliver high-level customer service to employees, managers and candidates.
• Maintain confidentiality and attendance.
