Job summary

Kubota is seeking a Procurement Manager (Global - Aftermarket Parts) in Grapevine, TX, to lead strategic procurement for aftermarket product lines and coordinate with Kubota Genuine Parts. The role requires building tiered product strategies (Good, Better, Best), sourcing domestic and international suppliers, and driving cost, quality, and delivery improvements.

Travel up to 25% and weekly in-office commitments in Grapevine.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or related field required.
• 8+ years of procurement experience, with at least 4 years in aftermarket purchasing, supplier development, or tiered product strategies.
• Experience with suppliers in China and Southeast Asia; India, Turkey, and South Korea preferred.
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
• Experience with SAP ERP/WMS and Microsoft Office required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop aftermarket strategies aligned with Good, Better, Best concept.
• Identify domestic and international suppliers in specified regions.
• Analyze cost structures and implement value-driven sourcing.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
• Negotiate terms for multi-region sourcing including warranties.
• Establish KPIs for supplier performance by tier.
• Monitor market intelligence on competitors and pricing.
• Lead supplier onboarding and continuous improvement.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
