Job summary

PDS Defense, Inc. in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract) to source, screen and recommend candidates across all levels. You will build pools, partner with managers, and drive end-to-end recruitment with a strong emphasis on compliance and candidate experience.

You will lead onboarding coordination, provide timely communication, and develop innovative sourcing channels to meet hiring goals. Strong interviewing and relationship-building skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive talent acquisition, sourcing and interviewing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong knowledge of staffing principles, laws and employment programs.
• Experience with online/social media recruiting and various sourcing techniques.
• Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates across all levels from entry to senior leadership.
• Develop and deploy advanced sourcing strategies and networks.
• Manage candidate experience and onboarding processes.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define requisitions and compensation.
• Maintain applicant tracking system and recruiting reports.
• Represent the company at recruiting events and college fairs.
