Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience with complex, highly specialized technical and Professional Services.
• Experience partnering with senior and executive stakeholders.
• Expertise in candidate assessment, behavioral interviewing, and offers negotiation.
• Strong executive presence and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Talent Acquisition partner and SME for assigned Professional Services leaders.
• Develop clear talent profiles and targeted recruiting strategies.
• Translate business needs into talent strategies and plans.
• Provide regular, concise updates on pipeline health and hiring risks.
• Build sustainable pipelines for critical Professional Services skill sets.
• Influence hiring decisions and constructively challenge strategies.
• Balance speed, quality, candidate experience, and long-term workforce needs.
