Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive full lifecycle recruiting and build a national pipeline across multiple locations. You will collaborate with hiring managers, guide candidates through the selection process, and ensure timely feedback while handling confidential information.

The role requires 2–4 years in HR, excellent English communication, and a proactive problem-solving mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in HR, Communications or Marketing preferred; or 4 years of equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources setting, required experience delivering full cycle recruitment solutions with proven results.
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral. Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Must demonstrate a track record of proactive problem-solving and excellent follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Kenco leaders and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility.
• Prepare candidates for interviewing with Kenco and specific hiring managers by providing detailed information on the company, our business strategy, department background, job descriptions and expectation setting.
• Source and recruit for technical and senior level positions on a national, multi-location level.
• Use effective communication approaches that include proactively keeping others informed, and appropriately expressing ideas and thoughts, both verbally and in written form on a timely basis.
• Manage workload, prioritize tasks, accept criticism and constructive feedback, and manage time well within a fast-paced and growing organization.
• Present candidates and prescreening questions to hiring managers for collaboration and approval.
• Screen candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs, basic qualifications and technical expertise.
