Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to design, manage, and optimize our workforce in a high-volume, logistics environment. You will partner with hiring leaders, source top talent, and drive efficient onboarding while ensuring compliance and a competitive sourcing strategy.

This role focuses on end-to-end recruitment operations, diverse sourcing channels, and impactful candidate engagement to strengthen our talent pipeline across the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent work experience.
• 2-5 years of experience as a full lifecycle recruiting specialist.
• 2 years experience in high volume recruitment in a 3PL or Logistics environment
• 2 years experience with sourcing candidates using tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, Zip Recruiter
• 2 years experience with ATS ( ie. Successfactors, Workday)
• 1 year experience working with a CRM ( ie. Fountain, Avature)

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting operations, including creating requisitions, posting roles, and optimizing job board strategy to drive applicant flow
• Identify and implement effective sourcing channels and local advertising tactics to attract qualified talent
• Partner with hiring managers to support candidate selection and ensure timely, efficient onboarding processes
• Lead the planning and execution of virtual and on-site hiring events, including logistics, promotion, and candidate engagement
• Serve as the primary candidate contact while enhancing employer branding, managing recruitment tools (SuccessFactors), and ensuring a seamless candidate experience
