Job summary

KSI Auto Parts seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting across multi-state distribution centers. You will develop targeted sourcing strategies, screen and interview candidates, manage ATS data, and partner with HR and hiring managers to fill roles efficiently.

Responsibilities include onboarding facilitation, compensation communication, and projects to improve branding and candidate experience. Strong Excel and HRIS skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in Business, HR, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of full-cycle in-house recruiting; logistics knowledge is a plus.
• Experience using LinkedIn and Indeed for recruiting.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting and project management is a plus.
• Knowledge of state employment laws is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and related databases.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute comprehensive targeted sourcing strategy via various methods.
• Perform full-cycle recruiting to meet operational needs, including sourcing, interviewing, and offers.
• Manage all candidate data in the applicant tracking system.
• Prepare and review job requisitions, descriptions and postings.
• Collaborate with HR managers and hiring managers to advance TA activities.
• Develop strategies to improve employee retention with TA team.
• Advise hiring managers from intake to close.
• Assist with onboarding content and communication plans for new hires.
• Communicate compensation, benefits, and job responsibilities to applicants.
• Support new hire onboarding activities to strengthen retention.
• Perform special projects related to recruiting and employment branding.
