Responsibilities

• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications.
• Coordinate in-person or virtual interviews with candidates.
• Manage candidate experience throughout the process to leave a positive impression.
• Track and report recruitment metrics to improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Participate in job fairs and industry conferences to promote opportunities.
