Job summary

Infor in Atlanta is seeking a talented Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple departments. The role requires collaboration with hiring managers to understand needs and develop effective strategies.

You will source candidates using multiple channels, screen and interview applicants, and coordinate interviews while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience and compliance with employment laws.

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting experience.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
• Experience directly sourcing candidates.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience influencing senior leaders on hiring.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop detailed job descriptions.
• Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate in-person or virtual interviews with candidates.
• Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive impression of the organization.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics to ensure continuous improvement of the recruitment process.
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
• Participate in job fairs, career events, and industry conferences to promote the organization's employment opportunities.
