Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced TA Business Partner to lead full cycle recruitment efforts across multiple functions and levels within the organization. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing talent acquisition expertise and partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and retain top talent.
The TA Business Partner will develop recruiting strategies aligned with business goals, manage the full hiring lifecycle, and build strong talent pipelines to meet current and future workforce needs. This role combines hands on recruiting execution with strategic partnership and workforce planning support.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Lead full cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for critical and recurring hiring needs
- Provide market insights and recruiting expertise to support workforce planning and hiring decisions
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates across multiple levels of the organization
- Promote and support employment branding initiatives to enhance candidate engagement and attraction
- Track recruiting metrics, maintain accurate documentation, and provide reporting to stakeholders
- Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of talent acquisition, recruiting, or related human resources experience
- Demonstrated success recruiting across multiple functions and organizational levels, including professional, technical, and leadership positions
- Experience serving as a business partner and trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders
- Strong expertise in full cycle recruiting, candidate sourcing, talent pipeline development, and employment branding
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to analyze recruiting data, trends, and metrics to support hiring decisions and business objectives
- Excellent communication, relationship building, organizational, and influencing skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing and maintaining reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and recruiting documentation
- Ability to calculate rates, ratios, percentages, and interpret data trends and graphs
- Experience presenting information, facilitating discussions, or training team members and business partners
- Strong problem solving skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently with broad direction while delivering consistent results
