Qualifications

• University degree and 5+ years of industry experience, with 3+ years in management.
• Proven expertise in talent acquisition strategy and stakeholder influence.
• Experience using data and labor market analytics to inform decisions.

Responsabilités

• Develops and implements programs and tools to source/attract candidates to meet talent objectives.
• Manages a team of professionals responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates; builds high-performing teams.
• Serves as relationship manager for external partnerships and related contracts (staffing agencies, marketing agencies, community partners, labor market tools).
• Leads consultation with business partners on recruiting solutions using labor market data anchored in PNC’s Employee Value Proposition.
• Identifies continuous improvement initiatives to improve talent attraction and coaches on TA tools and data.
