You will partner with recruiters and hiring teams to attract underrepresented talent, manage candidate pipelines, and drive employer branding through targeted outreach strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Executes recruiting and talent outreach events, initiatives and programs within assigned talent segments and businesses, aligned with business objectives and talent priorities.
• Supports business leaders and recruiting partners in fulfilling objectives to attract, hire and retain underrepresented talent at all levels.
• Identifies, develops and manages relationships with internal and external partners/organizations to expand outreach into new talent communities and enhance the employer brand.
• Sets up and coordinates talent outreach events and programs; acts as the primary liaison for candidates with recruiting and sourcing teams.
• Uses metrics and analytics to measure program effectiveness and outreach impact.
