PNC seeks a Campus Recruiter to manage sourcing, interviewing and early career programs across multiple campuses in the United States. The role emphasizes collaboration with hiring managers, data-driven recruiting, and strong customer focus, with in-office work at sites including Pittsburgh, Atlanta, Cleveland, Denver and Chicago.

You will build candidate pipelines using CRM/ATS, coordinate large-scale recruiting events, and advise on best practices to support the organization’s goals.

Qualificações

• University/college degree required.
• Experience in campus/early career recruiting preferred.
• Familiarity with ATS and CRM tools desired.
