You will act as the operational expert for recruiting systems, analytics, reporting, and process improvements at our Westerville area office.

The role emphasizes hands-on recruitment with a focus on technology, data, automation, and operational excellence, while collaborating with leaders across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for corporate, professional, technical, and leadership roles.
• Experience serving as a super user for an applicant tracking system; Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate, professional, technical, and senior leadership positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning objectives.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates via networks and referrals.
• Advise leaders through the recruiting process and optimize workflows and data accuracy.
• Lead or support projects related to recruiting operations, analytics, and process improvements.
