Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across corporate, professional, technical, and leadership roles.
• Experience as a super user/administrator for an applicant tracking system, with Workday Recruiting strongly preferred.
• Experience developing recruiting metrics, dashboards, or analytics and leading process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate, professional, technical, and senior leadership positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, workforce planning, and candidate profiles.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates through multiple channels.
• Serve as a recruiting subject matter expert for Workday Recruiting and related technologies.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, data accuracy, and recruiter efficiency.
• Lead recruitment reporting, dashboards, and key metrics; provide actionable insights.
