Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting across multiple job types and skill levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a diverse range of positions across the organization, including hourly field, skilled trades, technical, and salaried roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and candidate profiles.
• Proactively source passive and active candidates via LinkedIn, networks, referrals, and job boards.
• Create and maintain job postings in Workday and other platforms.
• Develop recruiting strategies to improve candidate flow for high-volume and specialized searches.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, assess fit and qualifications.
• Provide hiring managers with evaluations, market insights, and offers.
