Job summary

Kokosing Construction is hiring a results-oriented, full-cycle recruiter to support a broad range of positions across the organization, from field roles to professional and corporate staff. This onsite role is based at our Westerville Corporate Office.

You will partner with hiring managers, proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and job boards, and create compelling postings in Workday. You’ll evaluate qualifications and guide candidates through offers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting across multiple job types and skill levels.
• Proven success sourcing passive candidates for hard-to-fill positions.
• Experience with Workday or other applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a diverse range of positions across the organization, including hourly field and operations roles, skilled trades, technical positions, and salaried corporate opportunities.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, priorities, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Proactively source passive and active candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, social media, job boards, and direct outreach.
• Create and maintain job postings within Workday and other recruiting platforms.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and facilitate interviews while maintaining clear communication with candidates and hiring teams.
• Provide hiring managers with detailed candidate evaluations, market insights, and recommendations throughout the hiring process.
• Extend employment offers and assist with negotiations when appropriate.
