Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting across multiple job types and skill levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a diverse range of positions across the organization.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ideal candidate profiles.
• Proactively source passive and active candidates through various channels.
• Create and maintain job postings within Workday and other recruiting platforms.
• Develop recruiting strategies to improve candidate flow for high-volume and specialized searches.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
• Provide hiring managers with detailed evaluations, market insights, and recommendations.
• Coordinate and facilitate interviews while maintaining clear communication with candidates and hiring teams.
• Track recruiting activity and maintain candidate data in Workday.
• Collaborate on compensation recommendations, market benchmarking, and offer development.
