Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple roles.
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment abilities.
• Experience with Workday and ATS platforms.
• Ability to partner with leaders and manage multiple searches.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly, trade, technical, and salaried roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and ideal profiles.
• Proactively source passive candidates through networks and boards.
• Create and post roles in Workday and other systems.
• Coordinate interviews and provide market insights to managers.
• Extend offers and guide negotiations with applicants.
