The position partners with campus and functional leaders to develop proactive hiring plans, monitor recruitment metrics, and ensure compliant, efficient hiring.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive HR experience with emphasis in recruitment.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

• Develop and lead the organization’s recruitment strategy to attract and retain high-quality talent.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
• Partner with leaders to understand workforce needs and develop proactive hiring plans.
• Ensure consistency and effectiveness in interview processes and hiring decisions.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and adjust strategies to improve outcomes.
• Oversee onboarding processes and improve the New Hire Experience across locations.
