Job summary

Eventim USA is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Development Manager to lead full-cycle recruiting and company-wide training initiatives. Reporting to the VP of People, you’ll build strong pipelines for commercial roles and coordinate cross-functional programs across Finance, Product, Operations, and other functions.

You’ll translate the People strategy into scalable recruiting and development programs, manage ATS and onboarding processes, and measure outcomes to improve efficiency and candidate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Experience recruiting commercial/revenue-generating roles.
• Experience coordinating training programs across departments.
• Strong project management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Experience with ATS, HR tech, and MS Office.

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across departments and levels.

• Partner with leaders to identify training needs and timelines.
