Job summary

Pacific Seafood in Clackamas, OR is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple states. You will partner with HR and hiring managers to build proactive pipelines, strengthen employer branding, and deliver a compliant, high-quality hiring experience.

You will drive social media recruitment strategies, manage relationships with agencies and candidates, and mentor teams to fill current needs while shaping future talent pipelines for a growing

Qualifications

BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience in a multi-state, multi-location environment.
Experience leading social media recruiting campaigns.
Ability to travel 15-25% of the time.

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple states and locations.
Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to identify workforce needs and build sourcing plans.
Develop and standardize recruiting workflows and mentor teams on interviewing and compliance.
