Job summary

Pacific Seafood is seeking an HR Generalist to oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR reporting at our Clackamas location. The role partners with management to promote a positive workplace culture, ensures legal compliance, and supports open enrollment and HR initiatives.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, at least three years of HR experience, and bilingual English/Spanish skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum three years’ Human Resources experience.
• Bilingual written, verbal, and reading skills in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance and HR reporting.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from posting to onboarding and offboarding.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and maintain accurate HR records and reports.
• Coordinate learning and development programs and support career development and resources, including bilingual translations.
