Trident Seafoods is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition & Workforce Strategy to lead the enterprise recruiting and staffing function across vessels, Alaska shoreplants, value-added plants, yards, and the Support Center. Establish a comprehensive, forward-looking talent acquisition strategy and strengthen the employer brand.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in talent acquisition, recruiting, staffing, or workforce planning.
• 5+ years in people leadership, including leading managers or senior recruiting professionals.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field; advanced degree preferred.

• Lead enterprise talent acquisition strategy across vessels, Alaska shoreplants, and support centers.
• Develop and coach recruiting leadership; own full lifecycle recruiting and requisition governance.
• Improve standards, compliance, and candidate experience across the enterprise.
• Leverage ATS, labor market intel, and analytics for demand planning and improvements.
• Manage vendors, budgets, and employer branding initiatives.
