Trident Seafoods, Anchorage, AK, seeks a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition & Workforce Strategy to lead enterprise recruiting across vessels, shoreplants, and the Support Center. You will shape an end-to-end strategy, manage a leadership team, and strengthen employer brand and analytics.

You will drive staffing for seasonal and high-volume roles while ensuring compliance and an exceptional candidate experience across remote sites and in Alaska operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in talent acquisition, staffing, or workforce planning with full-cycle hiring.
• 5+ years in people leadership, strategy setting, and multi-location oversight.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; HR-related field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Set enterprise talent acquisition and workforce strategy aligned with plans and seasonality.
• Lead recruiting leadership across vessels, shoreplants, and corporate functions.
• Own end-to-end recruiting lifecycle with intake, planning, screening, and offers.
• Lead executive and confidential hiring as needed.
• Develop sourcing pipelines for seasonal and high-volume roles using diverse channels.
