Job summary

MasTec Renewables seeks a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the daily operations of the TA team and partner with business leaders to drive strategy and hiring execution. You will shape pipelines, manage recruiters, and coordinate executive searches while aligning with compliance and candidate experience goals.

The role requires 6+ years in recruitment with leadership experience, EPC/energy industry exposure preferred, and travel up to 15%.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end recruiting and building talent pipelines.
• Knowledge of EEO, ADA, OFCCP compliance and related laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the talent acquisition team, ensuring quality and candidate experience.
• Shape recruiting strategies, pipelines, and hiring initiatives that drive business growth.
• Coach and manage recruiters, set standards, monitor workload and performance.
• Lead executive-level recruitment as needed.
• Identify hiring risks and market constraints early, drive proactive solutions.
• Provide market-informed recommendations to improve speed, quality, and competitiveness.
• Improve recruiting systems, tools, and reporting for compliance and decision making.
• Oversee preboarding and onboarding readiness with a positive new hire experience.
• Support diversity, early career initiatives, and other department priorities.
• Other duties as assigned.
