Job summary

MasTec Renewables is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with senior leaders across the renewables market sector. Based in the Fargo office with 10% travel, the HRBP will drive workforce strategy, talent initiatives, and organizational effectiveness to support growth and change management.

The role requires strong HR consulting skills, business literacy, and the ability to implement integrated HR solutions across the company’s operating units.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 3–5 years related HR experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Develop talent strategies and strategic resource forecasting with leaders
• Direct HR strategies, programs, and initiatives for the renewables market sector
• Build relationships with senior management to assess needs and propose improvements
• Oversee performance appraisal system to drive high performance
• Provide guidance and training on employee relations and HR policies
• Advise on disciplinary actions and corrective action
