• 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in mortgage/financial services or a sales-driven environment.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for Loan Officer roles, including sourcing, interviewing, offer, and onboarding.
• Partner with branch leadership to develop talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and market research.
• Ensure a fair, inclusive hiring process and engaging candidate experience.
• Promote CCM’s employer brand across channels and track recruiting metrics.
