AIPAC is seeking a strategic, collaborative Talent Acquisition Manager to attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent across the organization. You will serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior leaders, leading full-cycle recruitment while strengthening hiring practices and candidate experience.

This role emphasizes building strong pipelines and equitable, efficient hiring in a mission-driven nonprofit environment with a hybrid work schedule in Washington, DC.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of full-cycle recruiting, executive recruiting, or agency recruiting.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent requisitions with strong organization.
• Strong sourcing skills to identify active and passive candidates.
• Experience using ATS, sourcing platforms, and recruiting analytics.
• Knowledge of structured interviewing and scorecards.
• Strong judgment, discretion, and confidentiality handling.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience recruiting in mission-driven nonprofit/public-affairs settings preferred.
