Qualifications

• 8+ years of deep talent acquisition experience and cross-functional HR exposure.
• Experience recruiting in nonprofit or mission-driven environments.
• Experience with international/distributed teams and ATS.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the People Strategy and long-term plan.
• Advise senior leaders on hiring strategy, market trends, and talent availability.
• Build scalable recruiting practices across regions and departments.
• Lead contract recruiters and coordinate with HR colleagues on screening and posting.
