AIPAC in Los Angeles, CA, seeks a Senior Associate to strengthen the U.S.-Israel relationship through donor engagement, membership growth, and outstanding customer service. You will drive financial commitments and deliver memorable experiences for members.

The Senior Associate will manage a donor portfolio, hit fundraising targets, and leverage Salesforce and Outreach.io in a hybrid work model with competitive benefits.

Competenze

• 3+ years in a customer-facing role with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Passion for a strong U.S.-Israel relationship and knowledge of Israel, the Middle East, and American politics.
• Excellent judgment, calm under pressure, and strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to learn CRM and Sales Enablement systems, including Salesforce and Outreach.io.

Mansioni

• Provide outstanding donor experience for a portfolio of 1,000 to 1,500 households.
• Meet or exceed targets for new club membership, retention, and upselling.
• Understand member needs through regular check-ins and address issues proactively.
• Meet fundraising goals daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Build relationships with donors and inspire pro-Israel political giving.
• Present AIPAC's mission via Zoom, phone, email, and text messages.
• Provide timely political updates to inform and inspire involvement.
• Ensure superior member service via phone, email, and online chat.
• Identify and solicit new donors and participate in national/local programs.
• Maintain Salesforce and Outreach.io data accuracy and campaign projections.
• Other duties as assigned.
