Job summary

State of South Carolina – DBHDD is seeking a BHDD Recruiting Manager to lead recruitment and talent acquisition programs at the Central Office in Cayce, SC. You will develop and implement strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent for the agency.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and 5 years of leadership experience in talent acquisition, with English and Spanish bilingual abilities considered a plus.

Qualifications
