Management Solutions, LLC (MSLLC) is a Knoxville-based management consulting firm seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruiting strategy, processes, and performance across federal, commercial, and energy-sector clients.

The role demands hands-on, full-cycle recruiting with expertise in sourcing, interviewing, offers, onboarding, and metrics. Senior contributor with no direct reports in a dynamic small business.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, communications, or related field.
• Ten or more years of progressively responsible recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience independently managing recruiting activities across multiple positions.
• Experience developing recruiting strategies and sourcing approaches.
• Experience analyzing recruiting performance metrics and dashboards.
• Proficiency with ATS, online sourcing platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience advising and partnering with hiring managers and leadership.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies aligned with hiring priorities and client requirements.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, evaluation, offers, and onboarding.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies for technical, professional, operational, and hard-to-fill positions.
• Establish pipelines and maintain candidate pools to meet staffing needs.
• Drive recruiting-related process improvements and create standardized processes.
• Promote and ensure accurate recruiting reporting and metrics.
