This senior individual contributor role combines strategic thinking, analytics, and hands-on recruiting execution in a dynamic small-business environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
10+ years of progressive recruiting/talent acquisition experience.
Experience recruiting across multiple positions and disciplines.
Experience developing and implementing recruiting strategies and sourcing approaches.
Evaluating and improving recruiting processes, workflows, and practices.
Proficiency with ATS, online sourcing platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
Advising and partnering with hiring managers and leadership.
Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision.
Commitment to accountability and professional integrity.

Responsibilities
