Job summary

Management Solutions, LLC (MSLLC) is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruiting strategy and operations in Knoxville, TN. This senior individual contributor role focuses on full-cycle recruitment, sourcing optimization, and performance metrics to meet client needs across federal, commercial, and energy sectors.

You will partner with hiring managers, refine processes, steward the ATS (JazzHR), and drive improvements while balancing speed, quality, and cost.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, communications, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles.
• Proficient with ATS (JazzHR), sourcing platforms, and MS Office.
• Ability to advise hiring managers and lead process improvements.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategy aligned with hiring priorities.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting: intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding.
• Lead process improvements and maintain ATS.
• Deliver recruiting metrics, dashboards, and leadership reporting.
• Partner with HR, Contracts, and project leadership to support staffing.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and employer branding.
