Qualifications

• 8-12 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition with senior-level recruiting.

• Experience supporting distribution, warehousing, supply chain, or corporate environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy.
• Oversees full lifecycle recruitment processes from requisition intake to onboarding.
• Leads, develops, and coaches a team of recruiters and talent acquisition professionals.
