Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking a remote Talent Acquisition Manager to support a new RPO client in the Healthcare space. You will oversee day-to-day project operations, ensure QA of deliverables, and partner with the client to align recruiting strategies with business goals.

The role requires 5–10 years leading TA teams in healthcare, expertise in full lifecycle recruiting, and a strong grasp of recruiting metrics and SLA/SOW frameworks. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of leadership experience in talent acquisition.
• Experience leading a Talent Acquisition team in the healthcare space, with strong preference for Physician talent acquisition experience.
• Understanding of full lifecycle recruiting and industry practices.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute project work plans and adjust to changing needs.
• Identify resources and define team metrics for performance.
• Maintain awareness of sourcing strategies and optimize for client.
• Review deliverables and minimize project risk before client handoff.
• Participate in project reviews with client and senior management.
