SetPoint Medical is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the company's recruiting strategy, align with business goals, and partner with hiring managers to attract top talent in a fast-paced startup environment.

You will own full-cycle recruitment, develop robust sourcing pipelines, analyze metrics, and drive employer branding while ensuring compliant, efficient processes across the organization.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent education/experience may be considered.
• 6+ years of progressive talent acquisition or recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions and levels.
• Consultative recruiting partner to managers and senior leaders.
• Experience using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing platforms.
• Experience using recruiting metrics and market data to guide hiring decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define hiring plans.
• Provide guidance on market conditions, candidate assessment, compensation negotiations, and best practices.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting including job postings, ATS, interview scheduling, and offers.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines; monitor progress and address barriers.
• Improve processes, interview practices, and candidate experience through employer branding and communications.
• Monitor activity and adjust strategies to meet hiring objectives.
• Develop and analyze recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill and pipeline activity.
• Lead workforce planning and identify future talent needs with sourcing plans.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, universities, and other partners.
• Evaluate external resources, vendor performance, and associated costs.
• Ensure compliant recruiting practices and adherence to laws and policies.
• Support implementation and optimization of ATS and recruiting tech workflows.
• Participate in additional HR and organizational initiatives as needed.
