TotalMed Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruiting function across multiple states.

You will shape the enterprise TA strategy, build a high-performing team, and partner with senior leaders to translate workforce plans into hiring plans. You will own the recruitment budget, manage vendors and UKG, drive DEI initiatives, and deliver metrics-driven insights to executives while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment; 2+ years leading recruiters.
• Proven success in talent acquisition strategy at scale.
• Experience managing a recruitment budget and vendor relationships.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws affecting hiring and pay transparency.
• Ability to use data to guide decisions and present to senior leaders.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise talent acquisition strategy aligned to growth plans.
• Direct and develop the recruitment team; manage workload and goals.
• Partner with executives; lead senior/executive searches.
• Own employer branding and recruitment marketing across channels.
• Drive DEI sourcing goals and inclusive selection practices.
• Oversee recruitment technology, workflows, and UKG administration.
• Define KPIs and present insights to leadership; manage budget and vendors.
• Collaborate on offer guidelines and market data with HR/compensation.
• Oversee onboarding handoff and ensure compliant recruitment practices.
