Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or four years of related experience in lieu of degree.
• At least seven years' recruiting and applicant tracking experience.
• Three years leading recruiters or talent acquisition teams.
• Experience supporting multiple business lines and geographically dispersed operations.
• Experience recruiting exempt, non-exempt, clinical, leadership, and operational positions.
• Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting analytics.
• Valid Washington driver’s license and ability to travel throughout Washington State.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to remain professional and diplomatic in busy or stressful situations.
• Experience with maintaining confidential applicant data.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes the enterprise Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with priorities and workforce planning.
• Leads recruiting operations across divisions and markets in Washington State.
• Establishes annual recruiting objectives, performance metrics, and workforce acquisition plans.
• Advises leadership on labor markets, compensation competitiveness, and recruiting strategies.
• Develops proactive recruiting plans supporting growth, new programs, contracts, and stability.
• Oversees the full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions.
• Establishes standardized recruiting processes and service levels.
• Monitors recruiter workload and prioritization.
• Improves recruiting workflows to reduce administrative burden and increase effectiveness.
• Ensures timely movement of candidates through hiring stages.
• Forecasts workforce needs with partners and leaders.
• Identifies risks and develops recruitment strategies.
• Supports internal mobility and succession planning.
• Leads, coaches, and evaluates Talent Acquisition staff.
