FEDITC, LLC in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to provide day-to-day leadership and strategic oversight of the recruiting function, ensuring high candidate experience and hiring manager support.

The role partners with HR leadership to translate workforce needs into effective recruiting strategies, lead senior-level and mission-critical hiring, and continuously improve processes using Greenhouse and ADP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, business, or related field.
• Progressive experience leading recruiting or talent acquisition teams.
• Experience recruiting for senior-level, mission-critical, and specialized roles; federal contractor familiarity preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day Talent Acquisition team activities.
• Coach, mentor, and develop recruiters for performance and growth.
• Establish consistent recruiting practices, workflows, and service levels across the function.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and program leadership to align staffing with contract requirements and workforce plans.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to the Head of Human Resources.
