FEDITC, LLC is seeking a Technical Recruiter III to work in a Hybrid capacity in the San Antonio TX Metroplex. The candidate will manage complex technical recruiting for DoD contracts, advising hiring managers on talent availability and guiding candidates from initial contact to onboarding.

This senior recruiter will develop sourcing plans, mentor others, and coordinate compensation, security clearances, and onboarding while supporting funded and contingent opportunities.

Qualificações

• Lead intake discussions to define technical qualifications, labor categories, locations, certifications, and compensation parameters.
• Develop sourcing plans for complex roles using Boolean searches, networks, referrals, and veteran channels.
• Evaluate talent availability and advise on sourcing options and risks while ensuring contract qualifications.
• Review applications and conduct structured screens to assess experience, education, and certifications.
• Prepare candidate recommendations and coordinate assessments, interviews, and feedback.
• Mentor recruiters and share search methods to improve recruiting processes.

Responsabilidades

• Technical recruiting and advisory support across federal government contracts and corporate operations.
• Coordinate compensation discussions and offers with HR and hiring managers.
• Partner with Security on clearance coordination and with HR on screening and onboarding handoffs.
• Support proposal staffing and identify key personnel; distinguish funded vs. contingent opportunities.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking, analyze progress, and report on recruiting metrics.
• Provide staffing updates and mentor recruiters to improve performance.
